Sollevita is made in Italy by La Castellana (Arredamenti La Castellana di Scolaro Roberto & C. Snc), a company based in Colloredo di Monte Albano, in the province of Udine, active since 1969 and specialising in motorised chairs.
More than 20,000 customers served reflect a continuity built over time: a real manufacturer, an identifiable site and know-how gained directly on the product, from the mechanics to the preparation of the seat and upholstery.

The project: Gruppo Pragma
The product development and design of Sollevita were carried out in collaboration with Gruppo Pragma Srl, a company based in Udine. Gruppo Pragma runs this website and is the data controller for the information sent through the contact form, as described in the privacy policy.
The Sollevita team
The Sollevita team follows each request from the first consultation to everyday use. Before the quote it gathers information about the person, the room and the care routine, so it can suggest a suitable configuration, or say clearly when a simpler solution is enough.
After delivery it remains your direct contact: a 5-year warranty on every component, original spare parts, video support and technical service, with no outsourced call centre. The details are on the Warranty & Service page.
How we write our guides
The guides in Practical advice are written by the Sollevita editorial team to help families, caregivers and professionals choose and use a riser recliner with concrete information.
- We describe the product’s functions, measurements and limits, without promising therapeutic results.
- When a topic concerns health, the guide lists the sources consulted.
- Clinical decisions, positioning plans and pressure care remain with the doctor, physiotherapist or occupational therapist who looks after the person.
- Each guide shows its publication date and is reviewed when the product or the reference information changes.
